Gran Torino Apartments offers apartments for short and medium term leases and offers a choice of apartments for all your needs, each located in the historical heart of the city or in quiet and elegant residential neighbourhoods.

All of the apartments have high quality decor and are located in pleasant surroundings.

The variety of furniture and the combination of fabrics make each of the rooms unique.

GENERAL CONDITIONS AND RESERVATIONS

Stays must be agreed upon for a minimum of 3 days.
The cost of each apartment depends on the type and duration of the staying and start from € 55,00 per day. The rates include all of the equipment in each unit, the supply of gas, electricity, water, heating and air conditioning (when available).
The sum also includes the various taxes and registration fees, the cleaning and the weekly linen change. For reservations you can send your requests by e-mail, fax or call our numbers. The reservation is considered valid upon receipt of 50% of the residence fee, that can be paid by bank transfer, paypal or check.
In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be fully withheld, unless given notice of the cancellation within a minimum of 20 days prior to your expected stay.
Customers will be required to submit a deposit of €150,00 regardless of the duration of their stay, to be paid upon the consignment of the keys.
The deposit will be returned prior to our guests’ departure once the state of the apartment has been checked for any possible damage and or shortage.
Check-in is set to be requested by appointment via e-mail or fax prior to guests arrival. It will be released within 12 days of departure.
Upon arrival, Gran Torino Apartments will record the documents, receive the security deposit, the customer will pay the balance and receive the bill of stay.
Additional services such as private transport, car rental, travel services are to be paid separately.
In case difficulties arise preventing the availability of the booked apartment, Gran Torino Apartments reserves the right to cancel the reservation within 30 days and simply refund the advanced payment without any penalty should the problems persist after that date, Gran Torino Apartments is obliged to replace the apartment with another one of equal or superior characteristics and under the same conditions.
